Short Description:

Coronavirus disease has influenced the entire world. Ordinary people are exposed to a substantial negative inpact on their mental health, leading to anxiety, depression, acute stress disorder, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Mental health practitioners, who are doing their best to help their clients are exposed to psychosocial stressors throughout their career, and if these are persistent, they can lead to burnout.

The aim of these series of workshops is to give space to practitioners to share their feelings and to get aquainted to some self-helping techniques for overcoming stress and restoring their emotional balance.

To direct these 2- hour workshops we have invited world famous professionals, representatives of different schools, the first meeting being with Prof. Lyudmila Lebedeva from Russia.

Merit in the development of Art-therapeutic education. Created more than 30 techniques in the field of Art-therapy, Received a patent for an invention in the Russian Federation. Author of over 260 scientific publications.

Research interests: Theory and Practice of Art-therapy, Personality Psychology, Family Psychology and Psychotherapy, Psycho-Oncology.
