29-30th of May 2021

This project rose as an idea of ours in the late autumn last year. To be a young practitioner, just have graduated as a trainee and still on your way, without any experience, but with a great wish for further development, is something very hard and at the same time quite inspiring.

So, we are oferring our helping hand.

We will virtually meet in Moreno’s Lighthouse to discuss and discover how to use psychodrama and other action methods in different fields as professionals. Young practitioners, psychodrama and other action methods trainees from different countries, institutions and orientations are welcome to share their own journey with colleagues.

What we are going to discuss:

  • What are the opportunities you have to study psychodrama or other action methods in your country?
  • What were the difficulties you faced during your education?
  • What is your dream for professional development after graduation?
  • What are your expectations from experienced professionals?

You will be able to participate in workshops, directed by experienced professionals, to practically share ideas with your colleagues and to be able to receive supervision by the mentors.

Working language: ENGLISH

In this workshop we will try to hear our inner music that leads us through life. Our life is full of melody from the beginning to the end. Our mothers were singing songs to us when we were babies. Music is inside us when we are in love or when we are lonely and sad. Can we trust music and explore our emotional world? Join me on this musical voyage.

Stanislava Kalinova – BAPSGPT, Bulgaria

Fairy-tale therapy is a magical therapeutic process in which participants, regardless of their age, would be able to explore their subconscious world. The main goal of the workshop is to connect people with their own magical world. They could try to discover the resources that will help them make their dreams come true. As in every fairy-tale, the characters pass through various obstacles, so within these 2 hours everybody will be able to consider what they have gone through and what lies ahead. The world is full of magic. Let”s see what is around the corner!

I invite you in the exploration and deeper understanding of the dr J.L.Moreno’s words “IF I COULD BE BORN AGAIN, I WOULD LIKE TO BE BORN AS A GROUP”. Interacting individuals in some form of groups is our everyday life & going deeper in exploration will open space and bring more capacity for creativity and spontaneity.

The purpose of the workshop; to review useless behaviors and habits, and to discover what is beneficial for us according to our current needs within a group dynamic. For this, online psychodramatic action methods will be used. Last month we celebrated the 100th anniversary of psychodrama. And I wish to contribute to the psychodramatic warm-up games and to be beneficial to all participants.

Blerta Spahiu, BAPSGPT, Albania

Human trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery in which victims are subjected to force, fraud or coercion for the purpose of commercial sex, debt bondage, or involuntary labor. Victims of human trafficking can be young children, teenagers, men and women. They might suffer from sexually transmitted diseases, menstrual pain and irregularities, miscarriages, and forced abortions, among other problems. The psychological impact of victimization may be more severe than the physical violence (WHO, 2012). Working in a group makes them understand that they are not alone.
Psychodrama makes them be in a safe place and try to heal their traumas.

Inna Braneva, BAPSGPT, Bulgaria

Psychotherapy is a very strange profession. The main, super important instrument of the psychotherapy – it is the individuality of the psychotherapist. But on the other hand – a psychotherapist is not just his/her professional role. He/she is Somebody. And sometimes – Somebody can be very different from the Professional. In this workshop we will search, and may be – will discover – the Professional and the Somebody.

Turabi Yerli, MD, PhD, Asst. Prof. Visitor Consultant at Istanbul Medical Faculty, BAPSGPT, Turkey

The aim of the workshop is learning how to use the 4-door approach for working with people who have PTSD. This approach is derived from traditional Anatolian phylosophy and also very close to the Jungian approach and we combine them. It is a kind of traumatic growth voyage as below: 1. First port : I can fight against the traumatic event. I can talk and confront with my trauma. I need to rediscover and reinforce resources. 2. Second port : I know that I’m more powerfull than the traumatic event. I need to reinforce existing and discover new coping strategies. 3. Third port : I accept my weakness and this can not be a barrier for me to cope with the trauma. I need to lightening shadows. 4. Fourth port : I can make peace with what has happened. I can use my trauma to learn sth and to grow. I’m able to live and love. I need to know my “self”
